REFUND POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds/returns on any Janara items. This includes purchase of gift cards.
If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of it's arrival. 
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately once your item has shipped, we are unable to provide a refund of any items you have purchased. 
Please contact us within 24 hours if you would like to amend your order. We can issue a refund minus a 15% admin/restocking fee. 

Personalised items will not be refunded once produced. Please see our personalised items section for more. 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are damaged. Damaged items will need to be returned to us before we arrange a replacement. 
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Strictly no refund on any personalised items. 

Once we receive your request for a personalised item, we will begin working on your design. Once we are finished with our design, a proof copy will be sent to your email for approval. We will also send you a message advising you that this email has been sent.
It is important that you respond so that we can get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days we will issue a refund, minus a 50% fee to cover our time.
